Mark Carvalho and Kristin Carvalho were a true pleasure to work with. This team was very professional and communicated very well the processes they were leading in listing my home as well as managing it as a property investment. Kristin's knowledge and ability to push for the right terms is commendable. Detail oriented, she helped ensure peace of mind for my wife and I during both the property management process and sale of our home. In fact, she managed a massive project that needed to be completed all the while we lived 2000 miles away!! The best part is that she did all of this hard work in the background for us making sure to keep us happy and stress free. Thank you Kristin for all you have done for us. We certainly will continue a relationship.

I would like to say how amazing, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable Mark has been. My wife and I enjoyed working with Mark on the purchase of our first home. A normally stressful situation he made enjoyable and fun! Mark has excellent negotiation skills and gave great advice and guided us the whole way from choosing the neighborhood and the lot to selecting the upgrades at the design center. We knew we were in good hands and had a great experience. If we had a question late in the evening he would take the time and call us and went above and beyond. He does a great job communicating and is very reliable. I highly recommend Mark as he will make sure you get the best deal!!

I chose Mark Carvalho from the 3-4 agents I was sent for review from upnest.com. I was clueless regarding selling a house. Mark sent me a sample financial breakdown of numbers if my house sold at an estimated value. He was not pushy nor did he oversell himself. Mark was honest with his suggestions and listened to mine while I readied the house to be placed on the market. He recommended a handyman, landscaper, and construction person to help fix up the house. I was so pleased with their work I used the handyman for a job on my second home and kept the landscaper to take care of my yard until the house sold. The selling process took a little longer due to a contingent offer but I was willing to wait and Mark was just as patient. He advocated the best deal and his counter offers were successful. He and his wife Kristin kept me informed via email. Mark Carvalho did all the work all I had to do was follow his advice and I trusted him explicitly.
